Oto no Kuni
This is the infamous Village Hidden in the Sound. One would think that it is evil, and would be alligned with the Akatsuki; but you would be wrong. Orochimaru left the Akatsuki, and wanted nothing to do with them, so he aligned with the United Free Countrys. Upon his(Orochimaru's) assination by the Akatsuki Kabut took over and kept up the alliance.
